Bookings are now being taken. 

Please note the program is 6 days in total including 5 days tuition with one day included as a contingency.

Sète Spring 19th - 24th April 2025

Collioure Autumn 18th - 23rd October 2025



How to make a Booking


Please consult dates listed above and contact us to check availability, simply send us a message through the contact page and we will get back to you. 

A booking can only be made by email, an invoice and our bank details for bank transfer payment will then be sent to you. The booking is confirmed on reservation and reciept of a £50 deposit. 

Payment for tutoring is made directly to the tutor.  Payment for accommodation and food is made directly to where you stay.
For the Puissalicon holiday payment for the accommodation and food is made to La Fille du Berger. For the Séte and Collioure holidays all payment and accommodation arrangements must be made directly with your chosen hotel.

The balance of the full amount for tutoring is due not less than two weeks prior to the start of the holiday, the date of which will be on the reservation receipt. 

Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you as well as receipts. 

Payment for tutoring must be made by bank transfer and can be made in British Pounds Sterling.

Prices for tutoring


The tutoring fee is paid directly to the tutor and this includes all watercolour painting material, paper and paints and use of equipment brushes, pallets, easels, boards etc and five, four hour days of tuition.

The price for tutoring is the same for each holiday.

Payment and booking Accommodation



Where ever you choose to stay, we reccommend arriving at least one day before the tutoring programme begins. We also advise that your chosen accommodation for Séte or Collioure is close to the center as that is where we will be painting.


For the Puissalicon holiday payment for accommodation and food can be made on departure and is paid separately from tutoring to


 La Fille du Berger.

Terms and Conditions


The following conditions set out the terms of your contract with Vineyard Painting Experience. This contract shall be governed in all respects by English Law and is subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts.

It is only when you receive a confirmation of £50 deposit payment received and of booking via email that a contract exists between the client and Vineyard Painting Experience.

Payment for tutoring is made to the tutor and payment for accommodation and food is made seperately to where the client chooses to stay. 

All receipts will be provided.

Cancellation by the Client

The Client may cancel a booking by giving notice to us via email. Upon receipt of this, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Only when payment has been made in full, the client will be subject to the following cancellation charges according to the number of weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If the client cancels more than 2 weeks prior to the start of their holiday, if a deposit has been paid, the cancellation charge will be deposit only.  If less than 2 weeks prior to the start of their holiday the cancellation charge will the 75% of the cost of the holiday. If cancellation is less than 1 week prior to the holiday  the charge will be 100% of the cost of the holiday.

If the client cannot come on the booked dates, rather than incur cancellation charges Vineyard Painting Experience are flexible and would be willing to make available other dates in our holiday programme.

Alteration or Cancellation by Vineyard Painting Experience

Every reasonable effort will be made to comply with the holiday as arranged but we reserve the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of the programme. Vineyard Painting Experience will, where possible, offer the Client available alternative arrangements of a comparable standard or, in the case of cancellation, offer the Client the option of full refund of monies paid.

Vineyard Painting Experience reserves the right to cancel or alter the travel arrangements at any time by reasons only of force majeure (war, threat of war, riots, Acts of God, pandemic, civil disturbances, strikes, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activities or threat of such) closure of airports, alteration or cancellation of schedule services or other similar events outside the control of Vineyard Painting Experience, including financial failure of sub-contractors.

Vineyard Painting Experience reserves the right to cancel a booking if the Client defaults in payment occurring within 14 days prior to the start of the holiday.

As with similar painting holidays, it is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that adequate and appropriate cancellation & travel insurance is obtained at the time of booking.

 

Liability

Vineyard Painting Experience intends to operate all programmes as originally detailed, and will make every effort to ensure that all arrangements operate smoothly. The extent of Vineyard Painting Experience liability is considered realistic and reasonably fair and is limited to negligent acts by Vineyard Painting Experience or any person in their direct employ.

Vineyard Painting Experience accepts no liability for any loss or damage to any luggage or property of the Client or any loss of delay or disappointment or inconvenience or injury or illness suffered by the Client unless the Client can prove that it was sustained as a result of  negligence of Vineyard Painting Experience or any person in their direct employ.

Vineyard Painting Experience are not liable for any additional expenses not included in the price of the painting holiday. Vineyard Painting Experience accepts no liability for the impairment of services or facilities caused by persons in the same painting holiday.

Vineyard Painting Experience shall not be legally responsible for clients or their actions whose behaviour is detrimental to the arrangements.

Vineyard Painting Experience accepts no liability in the event that a particular tutor is unable to participate due to unforeseen or personal circumstances. Vineyard Painting Experience will in such instances provide an alternative tutor.

Complaints

Vineyard Painting Experience are committed to conducting business in a fair and reasonable manner and take any complaint seriously. Complaints must be made not more than 30 days after returning from the painting holiday and sent to us via email.
